A free benefit, the Wright Prospector provides trade show attendees with personalized tours of the exhibit hall. Our knowledgeable Ambassadors guide you and a small group of other professionals on a VIP tour of the hall, to exhibitors who offer the latest in product and service solutions.


Our service fills a need. 

In this day and age of cell phones, email and other digital conveniences basic human interactions are getting lost. Our goal is to help facilitate relevant and meaningful discussions, face to face, between trade show participants and exhibitors who may be interested in doing business together. We introduce you to innovative companies offering new technology and unique solutions to current industry problems. We provide the introductions and that’s all, you take it from there. We don’t take a fee or get involved in any transactions.

And we recognize the fact your time is a valuable commodity.  The prime purpose of the Wright Prospector tour is to provide professional development experiences for you, the trade show attendee. You’ll gain an understanding of new technology, learn about innovative solutions to current industry problems, hear brief presentations from exhibitors who can help you in your business, interact with new and alternative sources of supply, meet other show attendees, make new business connections and come away from the convention better able to perform your job and advance your career.

3. Gain Warm Introductions to Prospects

 Additionally, the Wright Prospector program provides introductions to other industry professionals attending the show. Occasionally, members of the group may exchange ideas about best practices while you are touring the exhibit hall with us. Learn, see, ask questions or not, with The Wright Prospector you’re able to interact as much or as little as you like.

4. Close the deal

Give customers a reason to do business with you.  We facilitate warm introductions between the attendees and exhibitors, then provide an Event Summary Report after the show.  Our report provides all exhibitors with a detailed list of all attendees who participated in the program and stopped by your booth.

5. Post Show Reports

Our show reports provide you with a complete record of every sales interaction between your team and the attendees who we bring by your table.


Reports include:
